- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I opened up a spending card , with the intentions of using it for gas and being able to budget my finances, I waited two months to receive this card, and after reciving my second monthly account statement I called and inquired about it . When I talked to the bank they stated that I had to have a address verification to be able to have the card sent to me. I had no contact from the bank what so ever, by means of phone call or letter. I went I to the bank to close my account and hopefully get my money back , but when I asked about it they said they can not give any fees back and as well charged me a a charge me a fee to close my account and I will never ever do any more business with this bank again terrible customer serviceBy Scott Chamberlain, July 04, 2017
